A hotel recently charged their guests £100 for posting a negative review. The news coverage of this issue highlighted that some London hotels charge more for their breakfast than the cost of the overnight stay at that hotel. Which is the bigger scandal? Is any breakfast worth that much? Even with the best ingredients, coffee, juice, bacon, sausages, etc, how can such a high charge be justified?
